The objective of Bikkoplast’s Environmental Policy is to minimize the company’s impact on the natural environment.
The main operational goals are:
- conducting employee training on environmental protection,
- minimizing waste generated during the production process,
- sorting waste at the point of its generation,
- managing raw materials, resources, water, electricity, and heat efficiently.
Bikkoplast commits to:
- complying with and meeting the requirements of environmental laws and European standards,
- continuously improving workplace safety and employee health protection,
- providing customers and employees with guidelines and instructions regarding the company’s pro-ecological activities.
GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL DISCLOSURE SYSTEM (CDP)
Bikkoplast actively participates in the CDP (Disclosure Insight Action) initiative — a non-profit charity organization that operates a global environmental disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states, and regions to help them manage their environmental impact.
Reporting environmental data helps protect and enhance corporate reputation, strengthen competitive advantage, identify risks and opportunities, and monitor progress.
In a world where mandatory disclosure requirements are rapidly expanding, reporting through CDP also supports companies in staying ahead of future regulations.
