Injection Molding Machines
 

The injection molding department is equipped with 30 machines with clamping forces ranging from 80 to 900 tons. These are primarily injection molding machines manufactured by Krauss-Maffei, Engel, and Haitian.

The machines are fitted with state-of-the-art control systems. The computerized control system allows for comprehensive process monitoring and the generation of detailed technological reports.

The department includes gas-assisted injection molding installations for six workstations. To remove parts from molds, we use robots from Wittmann and Apex.

We also use a wide range of auxiliary equipment, including color dosing units, thermostats, hot-runner temperature controllers, conveyors, dryers, and other devices.

Materials processed include:
PP, PP+(GF,T,K), GPPS, HIPS, PE, ABS, SAN, PC, PC/ABS, PA, PA+GF, POM, POM+GF, PMMA, TPE, PBT, PET, SBS.

The injection molding shop is also equipped with assembly presses for multi-component part assembly.
A certified ISO quality assurance system ensures production of components that meet customer expectations.
