When building our strategy, we care not only about our employees and business partners but also about the local community. We invest in the development of our employees by enhancing their qualifications through various types of training tailored to their specific roles and needs.
Sports play an important role in our sponsorship strategy. We believe in fostering a passion for physical activity from an early age, which is why we feel responsible for supporting local children’s and youth sports teams.
Since 2009, we have been proudly cooperating with a volleyball team that has represented us under the name “Bikkoplast” to this day, and we plan to continue this partnership in the years ahead. We also sponsor the football team Orzeł Wrocław Pawłowice.
